simple web controlled relay

Could someone point me to a tutorial for a simple pi controlled relay via the net? I simply want to switch on/off. Not bothered about monitoring state. I've searched, but all seem to be geared towards newer Pi's Mine is model B (512Ram Two USB ports with Ethernet) Raspbian Jessie 8Gb SD card. Advice...

I noticed additional s in http... Which understandability will give me 404
The underling issue remains unfortunately, as I stated in my original post, when using the correct URL brings me back to login page...

Epiphany. I can load the login page, but when I submit brings me back to the login page. I obviously have loved in as when I try one of the other pages I 'get you are already logged in'.
Seems I can't get to the Dashboard pave

Methinks I've found the problem, hmmm..... The SD card had too small a capacity, so when I attempted to install ANYTHING it 'choked'.
Not a technicall explanation I agree!

I've installed Raspbian into two different SD cards, both have corrupted on restart. Ive previously used Wheezy with no issues.
