How does one reinstall reinstall that package?

The revised python code below works (today) for me. The major problem I have had is receiving the same message repeatedly. To avoid this, I have to look for only the message that was sent in the past few seconds. I do this with checking the time of the SMS vs the Time of the code checking with this:...

I stopped using this script to receive sms texts once I found I could communicate with my raspberry pi’s with OpenHAB from within the local network and via internet.
