This could be done by a autostart script ... no need for hibernating. If the Pi should not do anything else expect running simple slideshow you could disable all other services and cut down boot time dramatically. ghans can u pl stell me how to do that. b'coz i'm using it only for slideshow and i t...

i want to do is i'm seeing a picture in raspbmc on pi. i shut it down from my ir remote while seeing my picture slideshow. when i boot again, i want it to boot and show the picture of lastly seen .

Sorry guys.. misunderstood.. i've compiled the drivers successfully but the unexpected block error comes... its because of USB issue. the kernel doesn't recognize the data from easycap. Have to try with some other kernel. i'm trying with different kernels. will intimate soon if it works. I said the ...
