My Sega Genesis games run too fast on the emulator than comes with this distro, is there an option to limit the game speed?

Is there a way to rebind the controls (the first dialog on first run of UltraSlim) after you set them up wrongly?
I really don't want to flash my SD agian and do all the configuration agian.

Is there a way to use my old TV's speakers with composite audio? Do I need some kind of external converter or cable to do this?
