I don't remember how, but finally I got ntp disabled. See if 'timedatectl --help' does help. Also uninstall ntpd if it is installed. ntpd wasn't installed. no, I would like to use eMMC for OS (on CM1 or CM3), then additional microSD only for storage to not loose data if CM will get damageds (to be removed only for emergencies).
