Which Power Source

I just received a Raspberry Pi and I was wondering if I could use this as a battery source. Aso, could I use it as a power source if I had the rPi plugged into this, and this plugged into the wall? Thank you!

Power Cord?

I am a total beginner, and I was wondering where I could purchase and what type of power cord I would need to buy. Also, how much would it cost? Thank you!

Cheap Touchscreens

Forgive me if this is a stupid question; I am a total beginner to Raspberry Pi. Would it be possible to connect a cheap touchscreen to Raspberry Pi? Something in a $50ish price range?
