I am compiling a list of USB microphones that do and dont work on the Raspberry Pi for the wiki. I need a bit of help though, please could you reply with your experiences with them.

Im kind of a noob to the RPi and was wondering, does audacity work on it? There is probably a really simple answer but I am planning to do a podcast and wanted to use my RPi. If it doesnt work, could anyone suggest and alternative?
