OSMC Bluetooth Reciever

So I am working on creating my own in car radio with my Pi 3. I threw OSMC on it and want to stream music from my phone via bluetooth, and to the Pi and out my speakers. When I pair my phone to OSMC, it does not let me do this.

I am not sure why? Do I need extra software?

Thanks in advance

HDMI to VGA convert adapter. Will this work?

I am trying to find an inexpensive monitor. Of course its gonna be an older one, thus no HDMI support.
