sudo sh -c "du -h / | sort -nro >/tmp/sizes.nro"
cat /tmp/sizes.nro | more

my bet though is
sharedfolders/PI3_Share is full underneath the mount
so umount that and see how much data is there
it has been filled when the drive was not mounted

personally I'd setup key access
so :-
ssh-keygen -t rsa
ssh-copy-id user@remote.system
ssh user'remote.system [#exit]
scp file user@remote.system

does that work

because usb-c is common and easy
So why not use a regular power connector like a 5.5 x 2.1mm DC power plug, as used in so many other places?
there are no standards - and will result in burnt out pi's
usb-c has standards

probably your wiring has had a meltdown
how had you connected everything to the RPi
show all the links i.e.
I had a power button also customized to turn off the RPI
