that is well out of date, you need to use the systemd style startuo i.e. [from memory so not guaranteed to work] sudo nano /lib/systemd/system/StreamToYouTube.service [Unit] Description=Streamer [Service] ExecStart=/full/path/to/script [Install] WantedBy=multi-user.target then enable it like sudo sy...

there is no root password
you have to give it one
sudo passwd
however the best way of doing stuff is
sudo ....
to get a root cmd prompt
do
sudo bash

/proc/cpuinfo contains revision value 000f
means it thinks it is a pi1 there is a way of reprogramming it but I dont know how OTTOMH

first thing you need to do is read from your last_command file to see what it did then act on that info

I change the advice on my 5 YO post , use a systemd .service file,
or autologin and use ~/.bashrc stuff [that needs some protection ]
or use LXDE autostart stuff for x based stuff

check all crons
check what users are there
post contents of the log files
what does dmesg say
you're going to have to help us to help you
more info is always better

flash a new system to one of then and setup from fresh see what happens

if you have a small team [1-4ish] , then building in assembler can be fine, you make libraries & macros ...
but you have to know what your doing together....
if you loose people then you have to train up new people to get up to speed with your system... so you may as well go for c/ c++ etcc
