Would be pleased to hear your advise on this? Is the mentioned screen usable with a Raspberrypi ? If not which other similar screen would apply best for home automation (in my case Homeseer)?

Hi, got the Rpi Cam interface working nicely. Its running over a longer period already without any problem. One thing I still did not figured out, is how to record the files onto my Mounted NAS, instead of saving them on the SD card. So would be nice having the PI record video 24/7 and save the reco...

Thanks for the input. I was thinking having it standalone there is internet available. Did not think about the IT staff (which is not really there) since its a very small school. So I was thinking, it might be possible have the Pi plugged into the board with a hdmi cable?

Since I can not really try this @home would be nice to have your advise on this matter. So will it be possible having the Pi for an presentation with Prezi, connected to an Digital Smart-board? Any experiences with this? And if so, how did you do that? Thanks

Hi I did not find any info about this on the net, but might it be possible to use the Pi for an (prezi, or OpenOffice) presentation in a classroom connected to a smartboard? Still did not manage to get this going. Your help will be appreciated. Hi, now finally having a working pi (my first pi had to be returned..) the B model with the extended memory. Have Raspbian installed, have ssh and vnc (mac screensharing) into the pi and also installed xbmc. Which is also working...

Hi, now finally having a working pi (my first pi had to be returned..) the B model with the extended memory. Have Raspbian installed, have ssh and vnc (mac screensharing) into the pi and also installed xbmc. Which is also working, using a mini usb wifi dongle. So I managed to get soem youtube movies...
