Re: SqueezePlug Version 5 ready for download

Hi, I had a problem that /sp/scripts/sp.ini contains wrong entries. UPDATE_CURRENT had 504 while I updated already to 505. The next strange thing was that DEVICE had the value raspberr0 instead of raspberry. Yesterday I tried to fix this. After I worked a while with squeezeplug and I tried to edit /...

Re: SqueezePlug Version 5 ready for download

Hi Thomas, I got. I found a link to a homepage where someone had the same problem. He told that the version of the CPAN modules are the problem and they have to be recompiled in a newer version. He created a new deb package with the new CPAN modules and this works. So now I have all the scripts and ...

Hi Thomas,

I did what you mentioned yesterday, but the scripts are not available. Any further ideas?

Re: SqueezePlug Version 5 ready for download

Hi Hanzo,

ok, then just deinstall LMS and reinstall it. During LMS installation the setup routine checks some OS packages if they are up to date respectively if they are installed.
If this won't work I have no further ideas.

Re: SqueezePlug Version 5 ready for download

@Hanzo:
Yes, I had the same problem.
The solution that worked for me was to deinstall the Logitech Media Server, update squeezeplug via setup -> Advanced..., reboot RPi and reinstall LMS. After that the LMS worked fine.

Re: SqueezePlug Version 5 ready for download

Hi, I am very new to RPi and Squeezeplug. I have installed the newest patch. After that patch the LOgitech Mediaserver runs without errors. But when I run the setup program and want to change the memory split or manag the library the setup program exits with an error: /sp/scripts/rpi_memory_split.sh...
