Re: CPU, RAM and disk monitoring using python

Hi,

thanks for the pointer, I didn't know this library. I looked for something similar but, surprisingly, did not come across this one. Maybe because at the beginning I was mostly looking for how to monitor CPU temperature, which is specific to the RPi...

Well, thanks again. =)

Philippe.

CPU, RAM and disk monitoring using python

Hi everybody, I am currently working on an application to use my RPi to monitor what is happening in my flat (temperature, ...) but I also want to use this application to monitor how fine my RPi is going. As it might be of interest for some of you I decided to share some code to monitor the CPU, RAM...

Re: usb temperature logger

Hi, I recently received my USB temperature sensor from Yoctopuce and it works nicely ( link ). If you want to log the temperature you will need to write a bit of code but the devices come with a library for most programming languages ( see list ). I worked on it this week end and could quickly progr...

Re: Wireless Keyboard and Mouse

Hi,

when I first booted my RPi I used my logitech wireless desktop mk320 and it worked perfectly. The pi was not configured yet and I did not use a Hub.
I was actually pretty impressed it worked so well. :)

Re: Connecting TFT rear view camera to RPi

Hello, many thanks to both of you for your clear answers. That really cleared my mind. Regarding the RCA cables and screen: I will check on local stores if I can find what I need now that I have a clearer mind. I was actually confused with the two cables as I thought one was for the sound (but as me...

Connecting TFT rear view camera to RPi

Hello, I am new here and I recently acquired a RPi. So far it works perfectly . =) My plan is to use it to create a small "home station" where I can display temperature, humidity, light intensity,... data coming from external sensors (e.g. Phidgets ) + data from the internet (meteo forecast, news,.....
