Re: The FUZE – powered by Raspberry Pi®

Love the new Beeb-inspired Fuze case.

Well tempted to finally take the plunge and order one.

Re: Raspberry Pi Geek

Just picked up issue 3 from WH Smiths (it was tucked away with the Ubuntu/Linux magazines this time) and thought I'd give my tuppence on the magazine... What I like about it is that it is written for users of the Raspi rather than absolute beginners; there's none of the usual OS comparisons or how t...

Re: The FUZE – powered by Raspberry Pi®

While I am tempted to get one of these, I would love to see the following in future revisions:

- At least 2 USB outputs
- Composite output (yes, I know)
- Full stroke keyboard like the BBC and C64 had

Such a setup would really make me drool.

Re: The FUZE – powered by Raspberry Pi®

I am absolutely amazed by the seeming lack of interest in this product. It harks back to 80s micros and seems to be just what I'm after.

Anyone bought one? If so, what are your thoughts?

Raspberry Pi Geek

Saw issue #1 in Smiths today and bagged myself a copy. Extremely pricey at 7.99 but I'm just well chuffed that there is a proper printed Pi mag on the shelves. Looks pretty good having had a flick through earlier. Will post my thoughts once I've given it a good read... Also got the latest issue of R...

Re: An SNES emulator box

I want to get round to building one of these some day, strictly for SNES emulation so the Pi would boot straight into a SNES emulator from the off. Features I hope to add but probably won't manage all of them due to complexity would be: - analogue audio/video piped through the proprietory SNES a/v s...

Re: ModMyPi Mk.2 USB Hub, 2.5'' HDD, Patch Bay, On/Off - Ide

Obviously not possible with this iteration, but I would love to some day see a commercial Pi-in-a-keyboard solution, C64 style. Something that offers the same features as the MMP Mk2 but with a full-size (Cherry?) keyboard and touch pad, and with full I/O, UART, serial etc access from outside the ca...

Has there been any update regarding this? I'm still itching to play Braben's masterpiece on my Pi!

Re: New Pi Case from Polycase

Ridiculous shipping costs... I would love to buy this case but not if I have to pay more for shipping than the actual case costs!
