Re: Need help in Rochester NY!

Lately, Amazon in the United States has had Raspberry Pis for right around $35 with Prime shipping. In fact, I'm seeing it for $34.49 right now.

Everyone who has applied should have received a notification one way or another. One of our staffers will reach out to you privately on Monday to figure out what happened. Sorry for the confusion.

Re: Screenly OSE -- Digital Signage for the Raspberry Pi

One thing I discovered: You can create a Google Slides deck to run on Screenly. Any changes you make to it on Google Drive can be pulled in automatically on an interval. It works quite well on Pi 3. Here's how I did it: In Google Slides, go to File -> Publish to the web. Select the auto-advance time...

Re: Screenly OSE -- Digital Signage for the Raspberry Pi

Thanks for this awesome product. It works very well. One question that I have: Is there a way to show the IP address again after it disappears? I see that I can do Ctrl+Alt+F3 to get to the command line and execute ifconfig. Is there some quick keyboard shortcut to show it in the nicely formatted wa...

I'm so happy to see that there is one coming to the East Coast. As a point of reference, how many people typically apply? Just wondered if my chances were pretty good, or whether playing the PowerBall was a better bet. Thanks! Michael Hi Michael, Demand for Picademy in the United States is very hig...

Hey Sean,

There's no method for applicants to view the application status after it has been submitted. Based on your forum username, I do see your application in the system.

Thanks,
Matt

Re: Picademy in Baltimore Aug 13 - 14, 2016

Matt is there a specific hotel that everyone is staying at and will there be transportation from the hotel. Where can I find that information? In the past, we haven't set up a hotel room block or provided transportation. If this Picademy is an exception to that, then information will be provided to...

SFO and SJC are closest. You could also fly into OAK, but that's a bit further.
