Re: Flask: How to make this page not reloading?

Add REST API for switching the LED to the flask app. Many tutorials, e.g https://pythonbasics.org/flask-rest-api/ Add the REST API calls to your web page, this requires javascript. Might that be a consequence of running your Flask application with the debug=True flag set?
Well, I don't think so, it's the same whether or not debug=True or debug=False.

Flask: How to make this page not reloading?

Hello, I have a problem, maybe somebody here could help me out. I wrote this Flask Python script, and everything works fine except that I don't want the page reloads every time I click a link (in this case an image of a led and the one at the very bottom of the page). How to make the resulting page ...

Re: Refresh rate in charlieplexing

You have to cycle each LED @60Hz, or you will see individual LEDs flickering. That means addressing ALL LEDs in the matrix 60 times per second. If you have a loop adressing one of of 6 LEDs in turn your loop must run at 6 * 60 times per second. Basically, loop the whole matrix as fast as it goes (n...

Refresh rate in charlieplexing

Hello, I made an array of 6 LEDs using Charlieplexing. The theory said that for the LEDs to not flicker, the refresh rate for each LED should be greater than 50 Hz. I want to make my LEDs have refresh rate of 60 Hz. My question is: How many times do I have to cycle through each of my 6 LEDs in one s...

Re: 5 inch XPT2046 LCD display touch screen calibration

Your "match product" line is wrong. Use xinput_calibrator to generate your calibration.conf file. https://www.raspberrypi.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=108&t=121602 OK, I have calibrated my LCD using xinput_calibrator and now it goes weird. Yes, the screen can now detect the stylus at th...

Re: How to set Private Static IP for my Raspberry Pi

Sorry, I'm confused. Which device is having the problem? eth0 or wlan0? You have configured a static address for eth0 in your dhcpcd.conf, and there's no configuration for wlan0 there, but it looks like eth0 isn't connected to anything (eth0: waiting for carrier). Please clarify which device you th...

Re: How to set Private Static IP for my Raspberry Pi

If you're not actually using IPV6 (and I'm guessing you're not since the "static ip6_address=fd51:42f8:caae:d92e::ff/64" is exactly what's in the default dhcpcd.conf), please do the following: Comment out or delete the line: static ip6_address=fd51:42f8:caae:d92e::ff/64 Remove fd51:42f8:c...

Re: How to set Private Static IP for my Raspberry Pi

Presumably, you made changes in /etc/dhcpcd.conf? If so, could you share the output of systemctl status dhcpcd.service? Yes, I did change /etc/dhcpcd.conf. Here is the content of my /etc/dhcpcd.conf: # A sample configuration for dhcpcd. # See dhcpcd.conf(5) for details. # Allow users of this group ...

Re: How to set Private Static IP for my Raspberry Pi

Assuming you are using RPI OS. https://www.raspberrypi.org/documentation/configuration/tcpip/README.md 1. Delete those two "fallback" sections. 2. Did you make any changes to the interfaces file? (Hint: You should not have.) I have tried it and it is still not working. It still has new pr...
