Re: RetroArch Emulator Frontend

It's been a while since my last post here. I was busy with the hardware part more than the software. Finally, I have a working two player arcade control. http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-9nno16k89fQ/UdM3fsnF0iI/AAAAAAAAATw/RloHChV3zMU/s1600/IMG_4548.JPG Link: http://bitacora-alex.blogspot.com.ar/2013/07/ra...

Re: RetroArch Emulator Frontend

Hi there, I'm back again but now with a problem. RetroArch works perfect but freezes the entire system after some minutes of playing MAME games (at random times, e.g.: 1.5 minutes, 4 minutes, 7 minutes, 11 minutes, etc.). After that I have to cycle power. My RPi has 256MB, overclocked at 930MHz wit...

Re: RetroArch Emulator Frontend

ES GUI was not working because it had a character missing (>) in the configuration file. Could you point me to the location in the configuration file, where the character was/is missing? Actually, the character was a "%", not a ">". And going to the commit history of your script I saw it was fixed ...

Well, sound for me is working great. I use the HDMI out for audio and video, going to a 42" Philips LCD tv. I didn't tested the analog output.

alebiasin - have sent you a pm with some ftp details to host the image Well Ajberry, I finally finished uploading the image, splitted in 5 files. Re: RetroArch Emulator Frontend

Where could you host it? Would it be ok in a dropbox or something? If you put it wherever you can (maybe even split the file into multiple RAR files?) Look ajberry. I've finished imaging and raring my sdcard (took more than 2 hours) and the RAR file has 1,78 GB. I can't find a good sharing site to ...

Re: RetroArch Emulator Frontend

alebiasin - could you upload an image of your Pi? I have been struggling with getting MAME working well so would appreciate an image if possible. Cheers Sure ajberry! df -h is reporting 4,5GB occupied. I guess it will be a very large zip file. Where do you think I should upload it to? My user is al...

Code: Select all

<gameImageOffsetY>screenPercentage</gameImageOffsetY>
Great, I will try it tonight!

Re: RetroArch Emulator Frontend

But wow!, the performance is perfect in most systems (mame too :) ). My fear is if that performance will be the same with sound. :? Hi Jako, I have to say to you... YES, it will! I have successfully played some games at full speed (RPi overclocked) and with perfect sound. In my case, I use HDMI for...
