well, in theory it migth be some other Hardware ... but I also tried ssh only (nothing on the USB Ports) with 5 different SD cards (from the whitelist). but also here it crashed even idle if you were willing to wait 5 minutes, just watching the cursor blinking.... all my observations led to the conc...

What's your Voltage drop across F3 ?? I'm asking, as on my Pi (from RS) I see 200 mV in idle mode (Keyboard, Mouse, Network + hdmi connected) Yesterday I connected the tester all the time, since I turned on the RPI until it was frozen. The voltage between TP1 and TP2 fluctuated between 4.3V and 4.8V...

High Voltage drop across polyfuse causes FREEZE

As my Pi (from RS) never ran more than 2 minutes before freezing :( I did some research and came across the power supply topic.
