I built a Raspberry Pi PREEMPT_RT kernel 5.4.81-rt45. It seems to work fine.

If you're using a USB audio interface, I have a pre-built micro SD image for running Jamulus with minimal setup. You can burn it, plug it in, and run. Default config is for minimal (64-byte) period, but if you need longer the jack audio and other settings are configured in a few conf files as shown ...
