I plan to soon. I just need the time to run through all the steps on a clean install so that I am sure that I don't leave anything out. I probably should go to the store and get a second raspi too.

Re: A2DP Receiver - Sound stops after a few seconds

in /etc/pulse/daemon.conf try setting exit-idle-time to -1. I found that a lot of the tutorials for a2dp receivers don't work right with the lastest versions of raspian. Re: X-Arcade not recognized in AdvMame

advMame does not read key strokes from standard input, but rather it looks at all the keyboards that show up in /dev/input (in the order that they show up in /dev/input/event*). So you either have to make it look at that keyboard globally or configure the key events per game

Re: advance mame configuration

If you haven't you might want to check http://blog.sheasilverman.com/ He's had a bit of a setback with compiling it but seems to be the gaming site to follow for this. Unfortunately I haven't checked out much the only MAME I ever played was Gun Smoke. Most the rest sit on a shelf gathering dust. I ...

advance mame configuration

so far I have been able to get advanceMAME working more or less playable, but only by dropping the frameskip in the config file down to 0.25. But even with this im getting noticeable slowdowns in the sounds (like someone using the wah-wah bar). Has anyone been able to get a it to work without this t...

Re: Advance MAME (Findings so far)

I have been unable to get the performance stable. I get a lot of intermittent slowing down. I am already running at 1ghz. are there any setting i should be using to get things working well. The games I have been trying are tempest and marble madness
