I found wireless adapter with RT5370 chipset and it works as access point and i can connect to it via SSH from ipad and remotely triger my camera
next thing create webpage or app with all commands i need (trigering camera, setup camera, create backups, and lots more i hope
)

Nice work... some great ideas about the buttons :) i build on myself out of eos 20d grip and i used 7805 voltage regulator http://www.gigahz.org/wp-content/uploads/2011/02/78xx-voltage-regulator.jpg for powering from battery, can save you some space. I also have edimax wifi adapter and wold like it ...
