Hello!

I know I can use SUDO command bla bla. But how to add root privileges for pi? And I dont have to use sudo?

Can the phone connect by Wi-Fi to the same network the RPi is on? Or must the phone use the cellular network?
No Wi-Fi only cellular network :)
