How many cores in a Pi 4??

I was wondering if someone knew exactly how many processing cores the Pi 4 has in it's ARM CPU??? Also the speed of each core??? I was thinking that the ideal Pi4 would have 4 or 6 processing cores, 2 GHz per core and 8Gb or 16Gb of RAM. Why I'm saying this is because while the Pi 4 is a major impro...

Re: Buster bug report thread

Hello, I have 2 NAS Drives (Network Storage Drives) hooked up to my network. One is a WDTV and the other is a D-Link DNS-320L. Everytime I log into them, all the spaces between the folder names have the %20 in them. See screenshot for what I'm referring to. This issue is not present on my Raspberry ...

Re: Raspberry Pi (or Arduino) Powered Glowing Eyes

This project requires an actual computer with code that is executed that brightens and dims the red (or yellow) diodes at random intervals.

I have no idea how to write this code so any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Re: Raspberry Pi (or Arduino) Powered Glowing Eyes

I forgot to add that the eyes have to "come to life" at random so no timed circuit will do.

Thanks!!

Raspberry Pi (or Arduino) Powered Glowing Eyes

Hello, I was thinking of doing a setup for a prank or a Halloween decoration. It would be two red diodes that flash on and off at random and brighten and dim gradually like a real demon's eyes.......Question is how would I do it? The lights for the eyes don't have to be real fancy because this whole...

Hello, I sent in an order for a custom circuitboard for activity LED's for my R-Pi 3. This has a Cirrus Audio add-on and a custom case to go for it. I got the .deb file directly from the ppa.

I did manage to get the sound card working. I had the headphones plugged into the green jack instead of the black headphone jack. Music sounds quite nice as it should but, what control or controls do I choose??? There must be 100 different ones!!!! :o :o :o

Re: Cirrus Logic Sound Card for R-Pi3 control issue

I forgot to mention two things: First, I am trying to get sound through the green 3.5mm jack on the sound card add on not the RCA jacks and my OS is a custom version Raspbian Jessie. The only difference is three programs added to it.

Cirrus Logic Sound Card for R-Pi3 control issue

Hello,
I just installed a Cirrus Logic sound card for my Raspberry Pi 3 and installed the drivers. However, when I go to configure the Input-Output jack settings, I get almost 100 different options...Which ones do I check and which ones do I leave alone??

I have no sound yet.....
