Anyone know if there is a high speed (500 - 1Gsps) 8-24 bit digitizer for a Pi?

I need a single channel AtoD.

I am aware of the RJAM board from Raspberry Shake but I need a board with much faster sampling that it.

Any oscilloscope boards that might fit the requirements?
