Re: Main Menu Editor

Re: Main Menu Editor

I have managed to get some Java programs in /usr/share. In the main menu editor I set one program in the accessories sub menu and the other in the office menu. But Pi400 changed that to the other menu. Is it forbidden to add something to the menu? Its Personal computer, not Pi computer. From the co...

Re: How is the keyboard quality on the RPi 400?

i dont have any keyboard problems......because i use the matchbox on-screen keyboard 99% of the time from the comfort of my couch. i only wanted the pi 400 for its passive cooling. the keyboard just acts as a fancy case that has a little more functionality than other cases. onboard is way better. y...

Re: Rpi4 - 8gb raspios 32bit - laggy, low fps, tearing video streaming.

try 30fps, use h264ify to block 60fps, might want to go for 720p
you need fkms for acceleration
you need to adjust your expectations

Re: Ubuntu forgot password for username pi

if you have write access
go into /etc/sudoers.d
open a terminal there
sudo nano nopasswd
put
%pi ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD: ALL

that should give passwordless access
use
sudo passwd pi
to set a new password after you boot
