Re: Running X86 on the PI:Emulation programs VS Chroot method
You do know that those "chroot" methods are still using emulation don't you? It simply isn't possible to run x86 code on an ARM CPU without it. Oh, and your first link is broken. I don't know alot about it but after posting this thread i did some more research. It seems like BOX86 emulate...

Running X86 on the PI:Emulation programs VS Chroot method
What is the best way to run X86 linux programs on the PI 4 with flawless compatibility? I tried BOX86 but it doesn't work for some games that work flawlessly on an x86 operating system. 1. Is there a big diferrence between BOX86 and RPI86? Whats the best x86 emulation program? 2.How good is using ch...

Re: BOX86 emulation problem: Cannot dlopen
The 2 TBB errors doesn' look good. All the dlopen that failled are maybe normal. The segfault at the end is not and it's the game crashing. I don't know why it does that, and I don't have the game in my library. ah ok so dlopen errors are normal? Then its probably the file libtbbmalloc.so.2 that ha...

Re: What will be likely the next "value node" for the raspberry pi in 2025
Yes. And no. Why do you ask? Are you bored with what you have? Do you really want to wait for the next thing? That is so far away we should not even think about speculating. Chill, just for fun. Its not like it cant be predicted if you check the historic price movement. Was wondering if an expert h...

What will be likely the next "value node" for the raspberry pi in 2025
According to the founder of raspberry pi the 28 nm cpu used in the pi 4 is the current "value node" (lowest cost per transistor) and they will be using it for atleast the next 5 years. What will after those 5 years be likely the next value node? is 7nm a possibillity?

Hello, for those that dont get what I mean with the title, if you use right click on an application you will see the option layers. You can put the window of the application always on top, bottom or normal. So I put lxpanel always on top but after a reboot its back to normal. How to make the changes...

Re: How to Firefox quantum on Raspbian
The version of Chromium available for Raspbian has been heavily optimised to run well on the Pi. Firefox hasn't. Yeah. The Firefox version on Ubuntu for raspberry pi is probably also heavily optimized because it runs even better than chromium in Raspbian. Can I somehow steal Ubuntus Firefox and put...
