Sounds like you are out of luck much like I was with my Pi 4b. I know that my Pi works since different displays work just fine. Whatever the new hardware is on the Pi 4 just does not play well with certain displays.

I had the same problem with my Sony Bravia and have finally decided to give up after putting too much time and money into trying to solve the problem with the Pi 4. Video problems like this seem to be pretty common for the Pi 4 where they weren't for the Pi 3. Needless to say I'm seriously disappoin...

I've just always gotten a black screen when the Pi 4 is turned on. My TV recognizes a Raspberry Pi is plugged in as it displays the device up top but I've never been able to get any sort of image. TV Compatiblity Issue

Did anyone ever come up with a solution for this issue? I've had my Pi 4b for a while and could never get it to work with my Sony Bravia TV no matter what settings I used. It works perfectly fine on another TV so I know it is not a hardware issue.
