It had just shutdown unexpectedly again and i was able to record what it said;

[ 2.730514] sd 0:0:0:0: [sda] No caching mode page found
[ 2.735973] sd 0:0:0:0: [sda] Assuming drive cache: write through

When you say warnings, do you mean on the raspberry pi GUI or somewhere else?

it might not be in your code but how do you add a duration for the video. I was hoping to create an automatic security camera but i cant get a correct time duration duration on it.
