Is there a very simple way (for beginners) to reset the sense-hat when it displays the wrong combinations of colours

Ik heb per abuis de sense hat aangesloten toen mij raspberry 4B aan stond. Nu zie ik bij het opstarten in de led-matrix een soort geelachtige kleur. Als ik verder tekst e.d. wil laten zien werkt het wel alleen steeds met de verkeerde kleuren. Nu weet ik heel weinig van de sense hat. Ik weet dus niet...

Volgens de regels zou je een hat (bijv. het sensehat, op de raspberry 4 moeten bevestigen. Dat werkt ook wel maar dan wordt de pi warm tot heet. Live accidentele connect my sensehat to my pi4B weten of was running. Since tien the sensehat displays only one Rainbow but not the correct one and not only surfing booting. I have a (for me) nice solution.
I have put the PI into a case with a fan and use an external 5 volt power source for the fan. Then I can use a GPIO extension-cable fotr attaching the SENSE HAT. And I have made a kind of stand for holding the sense hat in position.
All works fine

Is ther a way to connect a 40-pin flatcable on the GPIO pins when you also us 2 of the connector pins for a fan
