Re: RPI 4: USB Wireless Kbd/Mouse requires hot-pluging to start working after booting

Warning : don't make a confusion between : - never works after boot/reboot. I have to unplug to get it work and - sometimes go to sleep. I have to unplug to get it work again. IMHO, these problems are not identical. As said above I have two Pi4 with M$ keyboard/mouse. None has the boot/reboot proble...

Re: apparmor on Raspbian

Hello, Apparmor was (is) not loaded by the kernel. I made a report : https://github.com/raspberrypi/linux/issues/3196 This one (3196) was closed because an old thread (1698) was open about that problem. That thread (1698) has been relaunched, the work has been done and tested, then proposed for merg...

Re: RPI 4: USB Wireless Kbd/Mouse requires hot-pluging to start working after booting

Hello, My two Microsoft Wireless Keyboard (800) and Mouse (1000) work fine with their USB interface connected to the lower USB2 of two PI4 4GB boards , one of which having a SSD 512GB connected to the lower USB3 port, right next to it. None of these boards have WiFi activated. They both have Etherne...

Hello, be able to control the inbound and outbound traffic down to the app/process level @pcmanbob : I can be wrong but I don't think that ufw is an application level firewall . I just follow the subject and give a try from time to time.
I'll put a link to this subject on the UBports forum, though

Re: Claim for an Ubuntu sub-forum

Thanks to Volker Dirr for his conciliatory argument. But finally, as already said , we simply ask for a storage of messages about Ubuntu in a Ubuntu sub-forum, nothing more! This will not change anything about RPF's material or human resources. The reason for the strong reactions is not because of t...
