Re: Email contact for Raspberry Press

Update:

I have since been contacted with an explanation for the delay, an apology and a replacement book.

All is good, thank you for those involved.

Email contact for Raspberry Press

Hi I purchased a book from Raspberry Press and it arrived in an unsatisfactory condition, damaged in several locations, due to inadequate packaging. I have emailed the contact email address, rpipresshelp@raspberrypi.org, twice without any response. First email was 28/02, second was 03/03 without any...

Re: New Pi 4B v1.2?

One person has now indicated that they have a RP4 with an apparently fully working USB C power input, not sure how word that correctly but you get my gist. https://www.raspberrypi.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=63&t=259629 They haven't confirmed that they have a v1.2 RP4 yet but it would seem likely. Portable Monitors for Raspberry Pi

Hi Guys I am after ideas for a couple of portable monitors for Raspberry Pi's. Because I have a pretty small place I want something that is easy to pack away so I don't want a traditional desktop monitor if I can avoid it, not too fussed about the price but I don't want to pay $1000's either. Happy ...

This seems reasonably plausible. … Now glenk, you've got to weigh your options. What is your cost of waiting an ...

That is so idiotic. Obviously the designer of this power supply has never lived in Australia.

Re: The 64GB A1 finally came in

Hi Did you get the results for the A1 card? I am looking to buy some 64GB Sandisk cards from Amazon and have been wondering if the A2 cards were worth the extra cost or not. For only an extra $10 each I will probably get the A2 cards regardless but it would be nice to know what sort of improvement I...

Timeframe for USB C power board revision

Hi Guys I am looking to buy 3 - 4 Raspberry Pi 4 4GB boards for various projects. It has been reported in various websites that there will be a future revision of the board that will fix the USB C power issue. Does anyone have any insight into what the timeframe for this might be? If we are only tal...
