I made a progress: now my Pi is able to switch the relays' state :) ... until it crash! :( A colleague at work suggested that maybe the default serial settings were not right, and that the output strings was not properly encoded and received by the relay board. I have the same problem. On my Ubuntu 12.04 box it works perfectly, but not on the Raspberry Pi (though contrary to most of you, R-Pi crashed only once -- the first time -- but not since). The commands (like `echo -e '\xff\x01\x01' > /dev/ttyUSB0`) are received by the relay board (the "TX" LED flash...
