Can I use the a USB C Battery Pack of 5V/3amp

I connected the USB C Battery Pack 5V/3amp and got the lightning bolt on the screen.

1) will that ruin the board?

2) why am I getting the lightning bolt if I am giving 5V/3amp power?

Is there a Android OS for the Raspberry Pi 4B Board?
