Ok so I have an update. I reflashed my sd card using the normal Buster image (GUI but not full). I know it shouldn't make any difference. At the Welcome to Rasperry Pi screen, I couldn't see any wireless networks. So I click the Back button in the wizard and quickly created a hotspot in my OnePlus 6...
