The geolocation is done on the server side. It determines where you are from your IP address so changing your locale does nothing. Cool, so a VPN might work as a work around. thanks! I'd be fine waiting 16 hours, but mine keeps failing. It's been frustrating that I can't set my system up for 2 days now (Found this article yesterday but only chose to engage today).
