Re: 7 inch touchscreen display

OK, thanks, that is what I was hoping to hear. I was going to buy one from Amazon but wanted to confirm that it would work with the Raspberry Pi screen.
I appreciate your reply to my question.

7 inch touchscreen display

I have installed the official Raspberry Pi 7 inch touchscreen display and have installed the on-screen keyboard and it is working but my fingers are too big for the keys. I am wondering if a stylus would work with this display.
Does anyone know it there is a stylus that will work for me?
Thanks,
John

Re: Raspberry PI 3 B* time problem

I have run the commands that you suggested and the time now shows up correctly on the desktop but when <i reboot the problem re-occurs and the time is wrong again. I haven't figured out how to do a screen capture of the terminal window to attach it to my reply. Thank-you very much for your help. <john

Re: Raspberry PI 3 B* time problem

I have set the timezone correctly to where I am but the time on the desktop doesn't show it correctly. It is 7 hours different than here.
Thanks,
John

Raspberry PI 3 B* time problem

I am a new user of the Raspberry Pi and have a problem with my Raspian desktop. The clock displays the UTC time instead of the local time. I have set the time zone correctly. The problem seems to be just in Raspian since when I boot to Ubuntu desktop the time shows correctly. I am using a wifi conne...
