@rsta, STATIC POINTERS TO SINGLETON OBJECTS I wish you wouldn't. Don't! Think about it. You have these objects upon which other objects must register a callback. So objectA is already keeping a pointer to the static method on objectB. You then typically have objectB create a static singleton pointer...
