GPIO.input() needs to be told which gpio pin to get the input level from. So it needs to be a number referring to a valid gpio pin. What do you think is represented by BUTTON1 when you use it to refer to a pin? Perhaps debug it by printing its value just before you use it. Maybe it isn't what you th...

Ok I got both servos and a relay to work. But I am having trouble with the inputs with pwm in the same script. This is a setup script for 1 of the pi"s. yes this is just a local network. only 6 rpi's and sometimes a laptop. mama is running dnsmasq for the address.
and i have tried it that way.

sch password

I am having trouble coping with sch across my privet network. When i copy from the server to a node it tells me to put in a password so i put my logon password. and the pi tells me not the public one. i haven"t set up a privet password so what is it? i use my logon password with ssh with no problem....

I am trying to do a local lan for the pi"s right now. My internet right now is an open network with a mac lookup. So no bridge yet.
hears a line from my pi server /var/log $ nano syslog

So i put in the" /etc/dnsmasq.conf " interface=eth0 dhcp-range=192.168.100.100,192.168.100.199,4h Then reboot all the pi's. when i look at the ip on the pi's 169.254.141.145 and 169.254.50.196 i checked to make sure pi's don't have static ip not enabled. so something is still off but what i don't no...

Thank you epoch1970 for your help. rasbeen and dnsmasq installed rebooted and still on internet good. But I haven't a good territorial for the dnsmasq server for my application yet. the Raspberrys will be on a seperet switch with the pi server turned onto wifi
