Light Automation

import board
import neopixel
import time
pixels = neopixel.NeoPixel(board.D10, 10)

pixels.fill((255,0,0))

This is my current code which fills 10 LED pixels on the led strip with red at brightness 255, however, I wish to tune the brightness, how do I modify my code?

Lamp with light intensity sensor (raspberry pi)

Any tips or codes on a lamp with a light intensity sensor on a raspberry pi which depends on surrounding light intensity? turn on when dark, turn off when dim

Anyone has code for a light intensity sensor lamp? Light up when dark, dim when bright based on surrounding light intensity

Re: PIR Motion sensor always outputting

Thank you guys!! it works now. I'm facing 2 more issues:

1.Smart pi touch display does not switch on, backlight doesn't even flash when I switch on power supply.
2. How do I modify code and setup such that a picture will be taken by a camera when motion is detected?

yes they are as connected in the picture below. it takes some time for my smart pi touch to set up as it is under voltage.

Re: PIR Motion sensor always outputting

yes, the yellow wire is connected to the VCC of the PIR Motion sensor and connected to 5V0 on the T.Cobberplus. The PIR is correct as well.

I see, thank you.

If I'm connected to GPIO10. I should change the code from 19 to 10 right?

Re: PIR Motion sensor always outputting

I see, I have no wifi dongle connected and also my raspberry pi is not connected to any wifi. The pi is the green board right? Which PIR motion sensor is not affected? I have tried removing all dongles and move pir motion sensor as far as away from the pi, but it still outputs 1 and 0 randomly.

Re: PIR Motion sensor always outputting

What is a wifi dongle? Moving PIR away from the green raspberry pi seems impossible as that is the longest wire I have.

Re: PIR Motion sensor always outputting

Hi all, I'm facing an issue whereby the PIR motion sensor work in the case that it outputs No One(0) or Some one(1) randomly. Below are the images depicting my problem. For my setup, black wire is connected to GND, Yellow wire photo_2019-04-13_14-49-45.jpg photo_2019-04-13_14-49-40.jpg photo_2019-04...
