The EVO+ and EVO Plus aren't the same card, the old EVO+ line went more into the Pro Endurance line if I'm not mistaken, there's a big huge difference on those that card. Can't comment on the Kingston as I don't have one. I do have a Sandisk Ultra and the performance at least in sequential long write was a bit underwhelming. I use Ansible extensively, highly recommend. Pretty much only have to do ssh-copy-id the one time on new machines and then I'm set to go. Most of the stuff I run on the RPI isn't really "Production" per se, but I use Ansible and the same roles to provision AWS EC2 instances that does host production...
