Actually just tested that and neither the current NOOBS or NOOBS Lite can install Win10IOT. When you install Win10 IoT you are given the choice of the RTM version, or the Windows Insider version. The RTM version is quite old and has not been updated, so it probably won't boot with the latest firmwa...
