Re: multiple BT connection

If one were to follow a standard, the GATT Specifications for Health Thermometer Profile and Health Thermometer Service could be a way to send a temperature. But I don't know enough about Bluetooth to implement such a thing. Maybe others with more Bluetooth knowledge could comment? https://www.bluet...

what to read data (in this case CPU temperature) with multiple device from the Pi. Re: FLOATING POINT

I don't know anything about QEMU, but if you're looking for help on printf and scanf have a look here: https://www.programiz.com/c-programming/c-input-output To make a simple calculator you could implement a "parse a line" calculator, i.e. let the user input e.g. 4.5 * 5.333 Then your program should...

Re: How to manage the CAN message rate with the SocketCAN API?

Sorry, I don't know anything about CAN messages, but... An unobtrusive way to measure message rate is to record a timestamp before sending an amount of messages, send the messages incrementing a counter variable for each message sent, and another timestamp recorded when you stop sending messages. Th...

Does the interface box contain an amplifier?
If not, then you need an amplifier.
The Raspberry Pi can't drive speakers by itself.

No i did not transfer files from arduino to android. I was reading a txt file byte by byte and transmitting over ble. Okay so how can i change the cputemp code so that i can continously send strings without selecting a characterstic every time. You could look into something like the Eddystone beaco...

Re: Unstable raspberry pi quadcopter without gyroscopes. :-(

Well, that explains why a Raspberry is not suitable for such a job. Would you say that a microcontroller like the Ardiuno would be better able to control an airplane? Or would you discard the wish of my own programming and advise me to use things like Navio or other pre-made boards? Come on Lukas, ...

Re: RPI to arduino(MKR 1010) Master-Slave Ethernet Protocol.

Wired and WiFi components can communicate with each other through a wifi router, so no need to convert wifi to cabled ethernet with another component. Or am I reading your post wrong?
Look into sockets in python to create a socket server on the Pi.

Re: Running a Script after boot finishes

To my knowledge there is no option to have a script to run "after" reboot, but people have used e.g. sleep 30 && myscript.sh to be sure that the pi has booted.

Re: Unstable raspberry pi quadcopter

Thanks for the great answers. But that sounds rather frustrating, because I'm pretty sure that taking off and being stable in the air won't be that easy with gyros. I think about the project, as hard as it is for me to give up. So my replacement plan is to build an rc plane instead of a drone. I do...

All you need appears to be there, if you follow the links in the description of the video.

It says:
gen_datetime_label: Sub-program, to generate label image, which is called by printdatetime_server.

Re: Pi to monitor server online status

How far have you come? Are you able to create the checkwifi.sh script in the first link? Are you able to add the script to cron? You won't want to implement the reboot and ifdown/ifup features, that's where you want to add sending an email. I haven't worked with MSMTP so I'm afraid I can only link t...

The AVRCP spec details how the thumbnail is supposed to be.
But I can see that your image is from that spec, so maybe there's not much help to find in the spec.

Re: video stream in real time

My guess is that you have added a port forward configuration in your router, so that http port 80 is routed to your Raspberry Pi. You have also setup dynamic dns, so that requests to http://nomesito.ddns.net/ goes to the IP address of your router. And the port forward allows http requests to be serv...
