I think Lua is a good idea too because it has a small footprint and can run Love (a cool game development library)

Re: Haiku OS on the Raspberry Pi?

Hi, I was wondering if Haiku OS (a fast OS that starts under 10 secs) could run on a Raspberry Pi. Haiku works fine with 128 MB of RAM and there is an ARM port in progress. Anyone know?

Re: GeoGebra?

Does anyone know if the Pi can run this? It's a math software that uses the JVM. I know it can run on some old celerons with 512 MB of RAM

Lua is also a good idea because it's very easy and has a small footprint (<200 kb executable). It was already ported to ARM I think
