Boot config.txt gets overridden on reboot

With the latest version of Raspian installed I uncommented the line to overclock the arm arm_freq=800 But when I reboot the file is overridden again and put back to #arm_freq=800 I definitely saved the file ok and opened it again to check and it has been amended.
