Re: Xibo player (work) on raspberrypi

So, any progress here?

I would increase the video memory and do some tests again. I'm always using the max possible memory for system, that's can cause some troubles..

Re: Xibo player (work) on raspberrypi

Did you use Raspbian? I'm with "raspberrypi 3.2.27+ #307 PREEMPT". And not get this working.. I install the packages, wget the TAR and unpacked as instructed ( tar -C /usr/local -xjf libavg*) Following the installer script i create the folder, do "ldconfig", get pyclient with "bzr branch lp:xibo/1.4...

Re: RaspberryPi as extremely cheap digital signage

I agreed. A topic just for Xibo will be better.
We can help each other and made best configs to the server with other people interested.
(I'm a Xibo noob, just installed the server on Windows and try to get it running on Pi).

Amazing news icfr!

I will try that tonight when at home.

Questions:
All the listed packets are in the repository?
No compilations was needed?

Re: iSCSI modules for 3.1.9+?

Very thanks for reply man, the iscsitarget has putting a lot of complications with install/configure (i can't install the iscsitarget-source and the iscsitarget-module, appears not be in the repos). And trying to compile the module with module-assistant and debhelper ( http://sys-admin.wikidot.com/i...

Re: iSCSI modules for 3.1.9+?

I found this thread from a google search and am hoping it isn't too old to still get some help with... I am trying to get iscsi target working on my raspberry pi, but I am running into a small problem. I have built the kernel as described above and booted from it (and verified that I am running my ...

Re: Problem to configure Samba Server

You tried update and upgrade the system?

The 'not found' could mean a network failure (or not..), but i guess run a "apt-get update" and try again could solve.

Re: How do I make no-ip run at startup

I change the 2nd link script to run the Sakis3G and make a 3G connection. If i manually run the script ('sakis3g connect', with the proper /etc/sakis3g.conf) it connects perfect. With this startup method nothing occurs.. Any idea? ps.: i use ddclient with no-ip service. Works fine when 3G connects (...

Re: GPIO +5v max current?

According the Wiki and other threads on this forum, the RPi has 3 fuses. F1 and F2 are on side of USB ports, with 140mA limit (each USB port). F3 is near the micro USB plug (on opposite side), and is 750mA limited. And EXIST's a 5V GPIO. P1 on GPIO connector is 3V3. The pin on other row is 5V. Find ...

Re: Raspberry Pi + Brasil
