I have found a solution -> 1) connect ethernet cable <---- without connected cable I got a lot of bluetooth and wifi errors 2) run raspi-config / network interfaces / Wi-Fi <--- without connected cable I got raspi-config error (wpa_supplicant not found but exists..) 3) set ssid and password 4) reboo...

I changed in /etc/network/interfaces ->

allow-hotplug wlan0
iface wlan0 inet manual
wpa-conf /etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant.conf
wireless-power off

Now WiFi and Bluetooth works good (no gamepad disconnecting) wtf?
