Hmmm. I'm running Stretch with all updates and upgrades applied and Python 3.7.3 installed myself as I wanted to use the latest asyncio functionality.

Will run it up on Buster and give that a bash. Thanks so much for the pointer so much appreciated - fingers crossed. :)

BME280 and pigpio python3.7 extentse Name error

I have an issue with BME280 code when run under Python 3.7 (3.7.3 being the actual version) I converted the code to a class so it may be more easily integrated into a larger multi-facetted application. Then it runs fine under python3.6: python3.6 BME280.py command in terminal yields: h=49.98 p=990.7...
