Download Raspmbc and install the image on your SD card and that handles IPlayer, 4oD and the likes without a problem through XBMC addons. Lovefilm however will alwaYs be an issue due to the studios concern about DRM atleast until HTML5 gets DRM added to the spec because until then services like Love...
