Re: HDMI to CSI-2 via TC358743 on kernel 4.1

Hi 6by9,I am very sorry. Following is my log information. Before running the gstreamer pipe, EDID(1080P50EDID.txt) had been set, But I am not very clear about " Manually set the timings" . According to my understanding, first is to use"v4l2-ctl --query-dv-timings" to detect input video timing and th...

Re: HDMI to CSI-2 via TC358743 on kernel 4.1

Hi 6by9, my problem still exists. Same error: "gstbasesrc.c(3064): gst_base_src_loop (): /GstPipeline:pipeline0/GstV4l2Src:v4l2src0: streaming stopped, reason not-negotiated (-4)" I list my steps. Maybe I miss something? Could you help to check it? Could you share your Gstreamer compile shell script...

Re: HDMI to CSI-2 via TC358743 on kernel 4.1

Hi 6by9, I complied the lastest Gstreamer with your gst-omx and updated tc358743 V4L2 driver to the last. The yavata works very well with my B101 ,Pi3 B+ and Gopro4. But I got a error when to run the follow Gstreamer cmd: "gst-launch-1.0 -vvv -e v4l2src ! video/x-raw,format=UYVY,framerate=60/1 ! omx...

Re: HDMI to CSI-2 via TC358743 on kernel 4.1

If you want to use gstreamer or other V4L2 driver based application with B101or B102. The first step is to check whether tc358743 V4L2 driver had been successfully updated. The yavta is a good way to check it. Just following 6by9' steps to update system(the following steps is just for RPi3 B+ and B1...

Re: HDMI to CSI-2 via TC358743 on kernel 4.1

Dear 6by9, I had successfully compiled the Gstreamer 1.15 .0.0 from source code. But failed to compile the git--omx which cloned from https://github.com/6by9/gst-omx.git. I got following error message: "/usr/bin/ld: testegl-testegl.o: undefined reference to symbol 'glVertexAttribPointer' //usr/lib/a...

Re: HDMI to CSI-2 via TC358743 on kernel 4.1

Hi 6by9, I tried to compile the last gst-omx. I got a error: "Requested 'gstreamer-1.0 >= 1.15.0.1' ". The last stable version of Gstreamer seems to be 1.14.4. How to fix this issue? Many thanks.

Re: HDMI to CSI-2 via TC358743 on kernel 4.1

Hi 6by9, I have a question about the frame rate control of MMAL lib. I want to know whether the MMAL lib have some ways to control the frame rate which fed into the input of encode component? The v4l2-ctl seems to provide a similar function. For video transmission application, in some case, the raw ...
