No problems -- Brice of Mumudvb has been very responsive in working through this. He has a version for me to test. Hope to get to it this weekend.

Thanks! So, upon further testing in which my brother increased the elevation of the antenna on his end, I am able to revert to TVHeadEnd to stream/view a raw MPEG2 1080x720 stream (including audio) over the internet with no issues, so what I thought was a processing issue must have been a signal str...

Thanks! My RPi3B+ has a case with heatsinks and a fan so I'm able to overclock it to 1.45 Mhz at least. I'll give the whole thing another shot and see how it goes.
