Using pins 27 or 28 on pi 3 B+ for a button

I have an application that I built where I am using every pin that has a gpio designation on the pinout maps you can find online.

I really would like to be able to hook a button up to my pi to initiate a certain sequence when pressed. Can I use pin 27 or 28 for this?
